Mixed doubles format — teams of 2 (coed)Pool play → top teams advance to single‑elimination bracket
Each team guaranteed 3 matches

Beginner — 3.0
Intermediate — 3.5
Advanced — 4.0+

Fees & Registration

Entry fee: $50 per team (fundraiser for HAHPERD)

8:00 AM — Check‑in & Warm‑ups
9:00 AM — Pool Play begins
1:30 PM — Approx. bracket play begins (top teams from pools)
3:30 PM — Estimated tournament end

    A: HAHPERD’s 1st Annual Pickleball Fundraiser Tournament — mixed doubles, supporting HAHPERD programs.

Registration & Fees
  • Q: How do I register?
    A: Complete the online registration form and pay the $50 team entry fee.
  • Q: What is the entry fee?
    A: $50 per team — all proceeds benefit HAHPERD.
  • Q: Are refunds available?
    A: No refunds. This is a fundraiser for HAHPERD.
  • Q: Is there a registration deadline or cap?
    A: Registration closes on January 21 or when capacity of 48 teams is reached.

    Who Can Play

    • Q: Is this a mixed tournament?
      A: Yes — teams must be mixed doubles (one player of each gender 
    • Q: I want to participate but don't have a partner. Can I still sign up? 
      A: Yes! If you are a single player looking for a teammate, please email us at hahperd808@gmail.com. We will do our best to help you find a partner.

    Format & Levels

    • Q: What skill levels are offered?
      A: Beginner (3.0), Intermediate (3.5), Advanced (4.0+).
    • Q: What is the match format?
      A: Pool play: single game to 11, win by 2. Championship: best of 3 games, each to 11, win by 2.
    • Q: How many games does each team get?
      A: Each team is guaranteed at least 3 matches (pool play).

      A: Saturday, January 24 • 8:00 AM–4:00 PM at Mililani High School Tennis Courts (8 courts). Warm‑ups begin at 8:00 AM; pool play starts at 9:00 AM.
    • Q: Is there a rain date?
      A: If it rains the tournament will be rescheduled to a future date; registrants will be notified and registrations honored.
