2025 HAHPERD State Conference -- S.H.A.K.A. - Support Health and Keep Active

Registration

• Exhibitor – $300.00
  If you are an Exhibitor use this registration. It includes a light breakfast and lunch for one person. It also includes parking. If you are bringing another person, each person will be an additional $80. Please register for an additional guest if you choose to use this option.
• Exhibitor - Non Profit – $100.00
  This is for exhibitors at the conference who are designated as non-profits. The cost of your booth will cover one light breakfast and lunch, as well as parking. If you would like to bring an additional person please register them as a guest. The cost of a guest is $80, which will cover a light breakfast and lunch.
• Member - Early Bird – $185.00
  You are a current member with HAHPERD and are pre-registering during the early bird time for the conference. You need to register before December 2nd to receive the early bird registration rate.
• Non-Member - Early Bird – $220.00
  If you are not a current member of HAHPERD (or an affiliate state of HAHPERD), please register using this option. You will receive registration and a one-year HAHPERD membership.
  
  Registration includes parking and a light breakfast and lunch.
• Retiree
  If you are a retired teacher, please use this option. If you would like to bring a guest with you, it is $80 (for the cost of the meal)
• Special Guest
  You will need a code to use this option for registration
• Student – $80.00
  If you are a student in college you will use this to register. You must be a student member in Hawaii or in a Western District State to use this option for registration.
  
  This registration, if before January 10th includes lunch.
  
  In order to register as a student, please email HAHPERD808@gmail.com with proof that you are student member and they will send a registration code for you to use.
• Western District State Member - Early Bird – $185.00
  You are a current member with a Western District in SHAPE America and are pre-registering during the early bird time for the conference. You need to register before December 2nd to receive the early bird registration rate.
